Scottish Crypto currency ZUMO records new UK users in December

Zumo is a Scottish digital wallet and payments platform. The company was incorporated in 2018 and the new scheme which was introduced to attract first new 5000 sign ups in the UK reported more than 10,000 registrations in December creating a record of getting unexpected number of users from the UK from the initiated drive to attract users.

The scheme helped create a pathway to buy, sell, send, spend and store along with other crypto currencies and traditional currencies. The company also introduced ‘refer and share’ scheme to attract the existing and new customers.

Initially it was introduced to attract 5000 sign ups and it was then extended after gaining an immense popularity.

A crowd funding campaign surpassing the target of £1 million in just days was successfully completed in the month of August, last year. The app rolled out in June recording 10,000 downloads in November.

The chief executive and the founder of Zumo, Nick Jones stated that the bit coin possessed more risk factors and unregulated investments and how The Zumo app approaches will be transparent with the users. He also mentioned that there will be communication regarding the level of risk within the application in order to provide simple yet fastest and cheapest way for the users to buy and sell bit coins and Ether which are the two capitalized crypto currencies.

The latest program gaining huge popularity is the evidence of how crypto currency has become mainstream in 2020. It is acting as the witness of people’s growing interest in finding better ways of making our global financial systems work through self-financing and sovereignty.
