Northern Trust Appoints Aisling Keane as Head of Asset Servicing in Hong Kong

Northern Trust, a global leader in wealth management, asset servicing, asset management, and banking, has announced the appointment of Aisling Keane as the Head of Asset Servicing for Hong Kong, effective September 4, 2023. In this newly created role, Keane will lead Northern Trust’s asset servicing operations in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. She will be responsible for steering the strategic direction of the asset servicing business and delivering tailored solutions to clients.

Aisling Keane brings an impressive 20 years of industry experience to her new role. Prior to joining Northern Trust, she served as the Head of Alternative Investment Solutions for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region at State Street. Her career also includes leadership roles as the Head of Hedge Fund Services, APAC at BNP Paribas Securities Services, and Director at Credit Suisse. Keane holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University College Cork in Ireland.

Reporting directly to Angelo Calvitto, Head of Asia Pacific at Northern Trust, Aisling Keane’s appointment underscores the firm’s commitment to strengthening its presence in the Asia Pacific region.
